Return Policy:
For custom solar panels all sales are final, but we may make acceptions on a case by case basis. We must charge a 15% restocking fee (for money back) and the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us if you wish to return an item for instructions.
Warranty Information:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for all warranty repair/replacements. Please contact us before returning an item so we can generate a case number.
Customs Information:
As of now, there is no duty on Solar Panels entering the United States.
By law, the buyer is considered the importer. We will deal with al export paperwork, but the customer is responsible for for any importation responsibilities. Since the import laws change from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs service and/or a private customs broker to learn about the import laws in your country. Any taxes or duties are the responsibility of th buyer. We also cannot be held responsible for items delayed or taken by customs.
Payment and Shipping:
All money orders must be postal money orders. International winners must use Paypal, Google Checkout or equivalent. We will accept personal checks from buyers within the US, but please note that the item will not ship until our bank has confirmed a cleared payment status. If you need this item quickly, we do not recommend paying with a personal check. We also accept Paypal, but we recommend paying with Google checkout.
Custom jobs or Items that are"made-to-order" from the factory, please allow 3-9 days to produce.
Shipping information:
In the unlikely event this item is out of stock or we find it does not pass our quality inspection, we will inform the customer of the estimated delay. The customer will have the option of waiting for a replacement or terminating the sell with a full and complete refund.
Customs: Most of my items are duty free when entering the USA, however some countries; I.E. Italy and Brazil, may charge a small customs tax (usually 5-15%) on imports. This tax is the responsibility of the customer. It is beyond the scope of our staff to keep track of the various customs laws. We will do our best to address questions regarding country specific customs questions/concerns, but we highly recommend contacting the agency directly.
